The equipment is composed of looper, releasing reel and seven RASS reels. According to the specification of wire rod to be produced, the corresponding drawing die is installed in front of each drum. The diameter of wire drawing die from large to small to the last one is the required product line diameter. After the wire comes out of the looper through the square drum, it goes through the first drawing die to the first drum, from the first drum to the second drawing die, and then to the last one is the winding drum. There is a cylinder swing arm between each drum, which is used for the displacement sensor to feedback the tension to the frequency converter. The frequency converter makes PID closed-loop control according to the feedback number to keep the tension between each drum constant. The process requires that the specification of the die be directly input into the man-machine interface when the drawing die is to be replaced. After the change of the drawing die, the whole system can still operate normally.

Control system principle
After the frequency and operation signal are given by PLC, the internal PID self-regulation is made by the 0-10V signal fed back by the sensor. The ld8000 series inverter can realize highly stable tension control by PID control with feedforward compensation. The system control diagram is as follows:
