Functions of power pay off frame equipment

(5) When finding the zero point automatically, the swing amplitude should not be too large, which can quickly and accurately find the zero point;
(6) In the shutdown, the line will not loose, or is still taut state.
To realize the above functions of the power pay off rack, the PID function of Tianlang Weichuang vl6100 inverter can be used. First, find the zero point of the feedback rod (in the middle of the physical position, at this time, the PID input can be set to 50%), The feedback rod is connected with the feedback of PID, and the positive and negative rotation can be realized by the feedback rod's offset zero point. In order to realize other functions, the PID related parameters (PID gain, PID feedback, etc.) can be adjusted to achieve other functions.
