computer:
Also known as PC, computer, equipped with special engraving software to design and typeset drawings;
Engraving machine control card: industry specific controller, serial port communication with computer. By receiving the drawing information sent by the computer, and converting it into the pulse signal required by servo or step drive to control the cutter position of X, y and Z axes, it can also provide the analog quantity or multi speed signal required by the spindle control inverter to drive the spindle motor to rotate at high speed and carve the wood board;
The main part of the machine is mainly mechanical.

technological requirements
High speed spindle control system is an important part of wood engraving machine, and its performance has a crucial impact on the performance of the whole engraving machine. The spindle of woodworking engraving machine mostly adopts two-stage high-speed water-cooled asynchronous motor, and the general process requirements are as follows:
(1) The operating speed is generally 0 ~ 24000r / min, corresponding to the frequency range of 0 ~ 400Hz;
(2) Generally, the main body of engraving machine is equipped with multiple spindle heads, which are driven by a frequency converter at the same time;
(3) In order to ensure the carving effect, the spindle speed stability accuracy should be high;
(4) High torque at low speed and strong overload capacity;
(5) Low electromagnetic noise;
(6) The leakage current should be small to avoid the customer leakage switch tripping.

Application scheme
In the high-speed spindle control system, the common voltage levels of spindle motor are single-phase 220 V and three-phase 380 v. the low-power model is mainly single-phase 220 V, and the high-power model is mainly three-phase 380 v. According to the different motor configuration of customers, choose different power input inverter.
There are two kinds of frequency setting sources for spindle frequency converter: multi segment speed (7 segments) and analog value of 0-10V. In actual use, users are requested to select one of the connection modes according to the actual signal provided by the control card, and set the corresponding parameters.

Product features
Compared with other traditional industries, woodworking engraving machine spindle control system has lower requirements for the function of frequency converter, mainly speed regulation.
