Application of langqu electric in hydraulic press
The technological process of hydraulic press is generally divided into the following actions: rapid drop of idle stroke, slow descent, working pressurization, pressure maintaining, pressure relief return, floating blank holder and ejection. The working pressure and flow required by each action are different. In the hydraulic system of quantitative pump, the oil pump motor provides constant flow at constant speed, and the pressure and flow required for work are regulated by pressure proportional valve and flow proportional valve. The pressure and flow are controlled by adjusting the opening of pressure or flow proportional valve. The surplus hydraulic oil flows back through the relief valve. This process is called high-pressure closure. According to statistics, the energy loss caused by high-pressure overflow is as high as 36% - 68%.

Brief introduction of hydraulic press

Hydraulic press (a kind of Press) is a kind of hydraulic press which uses special hydraulic oil as working medium and hydraulic pump as power source. The hydraulic oil enters the oil cylinder / piston through the hydraulic pipeline by the force of the pump. Then there are several groups of seals in the oil cylinder / piston. The seals in different positions are different, but they all play the role of sealing, so that the hydraulic oil can not leak. Finally, through the one-way valve, the hydraulic oil circulates in the oil tank, and the cylinder / piston circulates to do work, so as to complete certain mechanical action as a kind of mechanical productivity.


Brief introduction of electro hydraulic servo system
The electro-hydraulic servo system replaces the original quantitative pump asynchronous motor system with the existing precision servo hydraulic system to realize the on-demand supply of hydraulic oil, so that there is almost no overflow in the new hydraulic system
1. Driver
According to the characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo, the driver adopts a unique motor control algorithm to realize fast and stable control of pressure and flow. It has the characteristics of large margin design, no operation in high temperature environment and convenient installation and debugging.

2. Motor
The permanent magnet servo motor adopts a new generation of rare earth permanent magnet materials, which has the characteristics of small volume, low inertia, high performance, high efficiency, low noise, fast response, stable operation, high control accuracy, strong overload capacity, and obvious power saving effect in continuous load.
3. Oil pump
Due to different environment and requirements, gear pump, plunger pump and screw pump can be used.
Gear pump: strong anti pollution ability, long service life, good self-priming, simple structure, convenient maintenance.
4. Pressure sensor
Pressure sensors can be divided into current type (4 ~ 20mA) and voltage type (0 ~ 10DC). When selecting and matching, the sensitivity, offset, linearity, hysteresis and other parameters of the product should be referred to. As the feedback signal directly affects the performance of the system, the brand with high precision, high sensitivity and good linearity should be selected as far as possible.
