Process characteristics
Carding machine is a kind of cotton textile machinery, which is between opening and cleaning combined machine and drawing frame. It is mainly used to process cotton fiber and chemical fiber. By opening and carding the cotton (chemical fiber) layer sent by the opening and cleaning machine of the previous process, all the curly and block cotton balls become the basic straight single fiber state. In this process, the broken seeds, impurities and short fibers left in the cleaning process are removed, and then they are bundled into a certain specification of slivers, which are stored in the sliver barrel for drawing process.
System scheme
(1) Frequency converter mainly controls feeding roller motor and doffer motor;
(2) Variable frequency stepless speed regulation, terminal start stop, fast and slow switching;
