System principle description
Pillow packaging machine packaging process by feeding shaft, pull film shaft, cutter shaft with action to achieve the purpose of packaging.
The feed shaft drives the fork forward to push the material. The position of the sprocket wheel of the feed shaft is calibrated every circle to ensure the accuracy of the feeding position.
The film axis drives the packaging film to feed accurately according to the set bag length, and detects the color code signal in the color code mode to compensate and correct the film feeding position. The coordination of feeding and film feeding ensures the accurate feeding of materials into packaging film.
The cutter position is compensated and corrected every time the cutter shaft rotates. In the cutting synchronization area, the linear speed of the cutter is consistent with the film feeding speed, and the transverse sealing cutting is synchronized with the film, and the packaging product is output.
