Circular knitting machine is a kind of equipment which can weave cotton yarn into tubular fabric. It is mainly used for knitting various kinds of pile knitted fabrics and T-shirt fabrics.
Circular knitting machine is composed of frame, yarn supply mechanism, transmission mechanism, lubrication and dust removal (cleaning) mechanism, electrical control mechanism, traction and coiling mechanism and other auxiliary devices. Among them, the transmission part is controlled by the frequency converter, and the driving shaft gear is driven by the triangle belt or synchronous belt (toothed belt), and at the same time, it is transmitted to the large plate gear to drive the needle cylinder to carry the knitting needle.

technological requirements
(1) The application of high temperature, high humidity and many cotton wadding requires the inverter to have relatively high protection level and environmental adaptability;
(2) Flexible inching operation function, inching frequency is about 5Hz, which requires fast response and large torque;
(3) Multi speed operation (given analog quantity or multi segment speed): inching speed, high-speed weaving, low-speed fabric collection;
(4) It is absolutely forbidden to reverse the knitting machine, and it is forbidden to rotate after the machine stops, so as to avoid the needle being bent or broken.
System scheme
(1) External terminal control, upper computer set analog 4 ~ 20mA speed regulation;
(2) Reasonable setting of acceleration and deceleration time, prohibition of reverse function;
(3) The acceleration and deceleration time of inching operation should be adjusted due to slow response or vibration during inching operation;
(4) Reasonable configuration of braking resistor to meet the requirements of fast stop. If there is rotation phenomenon during shutdown, please use it together with Shutdown DC brake function.
